Kim Goldstein is an abstract artist living near Chattanooga, Tennessee. A lifelong lover of art, she began painting in 2014 as a hobby that quickly grew into a passion for abstract expressionism. Each blank canvas presents an opportunity to tell a story that, layer by layer, evolves into its complete self. Many artists fear the blank canvas, but Kim sees endless possibilities and opportunities. Functioning intuitively, she allows the painting to reveal itself through the creative process. Kim works on canvas, wood and paper, often using acrylic paints, charcoal, oil stick and collage. Kim has sold work around the world, and her paintings have been shown in several small galleries in the US and the UK. Designers in Baltimore, New York City and other cities have used her paintings in their displays.
